The restaurant will give you a call 15 minutes before a table opens up. Unless you want a very early dinner, recommend asking to be included in the second seating (~7:30pm). Fortunately, our house is a 10 minute walk to Rose's, so you have the option of relaxing back at the apartment until dinner time.
