FACT: The kimchi ramen at Toki is the best dish in the entire city, including the surrounding suburbs. Unfortunately, it is very small and very hard to get a seat, especially on weekends. Two ways around it -- go super early, or put your name in and go check out H St for a couple hours.

DC's first ramen noodle restaurant. Dumplings and Bao. Craft Cocktails. Japanese beer and whisky. Hip hop and graffiti. Street art. Vegan friendly.

Ramen and dumplings. Don't let the name fool you as it's on the 2nd floor. Line up early to get in!

You may have to wait in line. They also offer take-out. Great ramen!
