Dotata di due kayak, attrezzatura da pesca, tavolo da esterno con fuoco a propano e una terrazza superiore e una inferiore con posti a sedere in prima fila per ammirare i tramonti più indimenticabili. Water's Edge si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere Belleville e tutto ciò che PEC ha da offrire.

Ti diamo il benvenuto nella nostra bellissima e spaziosa casa sul lago di 1.670 metri quadrati, immersa in 1,33 ettari prevalentemente alberati. Molto riservata, con viste maestose e 120 metri di fronte al lago di Islands. Perfetta per le famiglie! Ottima per la pesca, il kayak, la canoa, il pedalò, il paddle boarding e le escursioni. Tre camere da letto, un soppalco, un letto a castello, due bagni e una stufa a legna. Sala giochi con biliardo, ping pong e freccette. Soggiorno a 2 piani a pianta aperta. Accesso a un bosco di 50 ettari per escursioni e passeggiate.

2nd floor guest suite located only 5 minutes to downtown Bancroft. This large suite has a queen bed, queen pull out sofa bed, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, smart tv, keurig machine (tea, coffee, sweeteners and creamers provided) and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Please note that a full flight of stairs must be climbed to access this unit once inside the door. Please also note there is no kitchen in this suite, cooking appliances & candles are prohibited due to fire risk.
