It is situated in residential area. 10 min walk to the central train and bus station and another 10- 15 min walk from there to the heart of old town. Public transport 2min walk from the property, free bike rental station 5 min away, grocery shop 2 min walk. There is a private garden, separated from house by a small gravel road at the back of the house . Free parking on property.

This is one of three apartments in the house. Bottom renovated apartment of 70 m2 is for up to 7 guests. Dining table is for 6 people, living room is rather small, but bedrooms are really comfortable. 5 people sleep in real beds, 2 on sofa in living room. 3 people can be in the bathroom/toilet at the same time and they won't bother each other. Bonus is place on the backyard with small cofee table and chairs - for smokers (smoking inside - no way!). Seperate entrance from parking, garden view.

Completely renewed in Dec. 2019 it offers a very relaxing holiday staying suitable for 3 - 5 adults or family with children. The flat is is located in the central park of Ljubljana, on the verge of the woods, where you are likely to come across deer and hares. The environment has an artistic atmosphere: the Graphic Centre with its nice coffee shop, and Švicarija with studios of a number of Slovenian artist and a bistro, are in close vicinity In summer time, there are artistic events, concerts and performans. It is a 15-minute walk to the old part of the city, mostly through the park.
