Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. Con la sua conversione, è diventata una residenza familiare vicino alla città medievale di Montona, non lontano dalla pista ciclabile ed escursionistica della Parenzana e dalla stazione termale di Istarske Toplice. Un'atmosfera particolare è data dal giardino con uliveti, giardino, oltre che da animali domestici come cani, gatti, capre e conigli.

The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin.
