Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Das gemütliche Appartment besteht aus einem großen Raum im Erdgeschoss, mit angrenzendem Bad sowie einem Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es befindet sich im liebevoll renovierten ehemaligen Stallgebäude unseres Bauernhauses. Dieses liegt in einem ländlichen aber ortsnahen Teil von Tettnang ca. 8 km vom Bodensee entfernt. Die Wohnung vereint den Charme ehemaliger bäuerlicher Nutzung mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Der Kamin bietet gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit ein besonderes Ambiente.

Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Unsere helle und lichtdurchflutete sowie im Jahre 2016 kernsanierte Ferienwohung haben wir mit viel Liebe zum Detail ganz im Stile des "Hüttenzaubers" eingerichtet. Es erwartet Sie ein großer Wohn- & Kochbereich mit großzügiger Einbauküche, einer Essecke mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und die Hörnerkette; sowie ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz. Ebenso ist dort, etwas abgetrennt, ein zusätzlicher fester Schlafplatz vorhanden.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb drei Minuten erreicht man einen Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein tolles Restaurant mit Biergarten. Die Stadt Kempten erreicht man mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten, eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite des Hauses. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse (5x3m) blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat.

Hintergraseck auf 1000m oberhalb der Partnachklamm und mitten im Gebirge mit grandioser Natur gelegen. Einmaliger Blick ins Gebirge. Wunderbar für Touren und Entspannung geeignet. Perfekt für Paare die Ruhe suchen, bergaffine Abenteurer, Familien mit Kindern. ACHTUNG nicht direkt mit PKW erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist 2,8km entfernt. Das Gepäck wird transportiert. Der Fußweg dauert ca. 1 Sunde. Teile der Strecke per Seilbahn überwindbar. Freilaufende Nutztiere im Umfeld der Wohnung.

Gästeunterkunft auf Bauernhof

Wir bieten in unserem ehemaligen, neu umgebauten Stall eine einfache, aber mit allem ausgestattete 44 qm große Unterkunft für unkomplizierte Gäste. Unser Hof liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Wir betreiben eine Bio Landwirtschaft mit Kühen, Hühner, Pferde und Katzen. Unser Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und bei Regen gibt es eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit. Für ein Kind ist ein Schlafsofa vorhanden, auch ein Reisebett kann untergebracht werden. Gemütliche Wohnung im Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Terrassenanteil. Seeanlagen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants - alle gut zu Fuß in 7-8 min zu erreichen. Badeplatz mit Kiosk ca. 1,5 km (erreichbar über autofreien Fuß-Radweg). Von November bis ca. Anfang April bietet sich durch die Bäume hindurch ein wunderschöner Seeblick mit herrlichen Sonnenaufgängen. Und von April bis Oktober sind wir von viel Grün und einem schönen Blick ins Landschaftsschutzgebiet umgeben.
