VERY close (about 2 min walk). Surprisingly excellent menu (American fare) and very good beer (+ full bar).

Hopworks is a local brewery that prides itself on environmental and social awareness. All ingredients are locally-sourced and sustainable. The art on the walls is by local artists and for sale. All furnishings are reclaimed in one way or another. Oh, and the food and beer are delicious.
