Tosha, bakery and café at Kibbutz Rosh Hanikra. Shahaf Avraham and Tomer Swisa are friends and co-workers from northern Israel, who after many years of gaining knowledge and experience working in leading restaurants in Israel, decided to make their dream come true and opened Tosha. The name “Tosha” is a combination of their names, Tomer and Shahaf. Tomer, who studied under Hans and Galit Bertele, under Estella and also interned in France, creates cakes and pastries that are as beautiful as they are tasty. Tosha has an eclectic and comfortable design, including a bar made of bicycles, built by the two of them. Tosha offers a large selection of pastries and other baked goods such as: stir and crunch cakes, chocolate and cheese cakes, mousses, croissants, quiches and more. The bakery also has a café, so you can drink great coffee with your pastries, or take them to go.
