These family traditions are something to be celebrated. Cucina Rosa owner Chef Sal Salvanelli, wants to share his family traditions with his community through his family's recipes. Cucina Rosa is a celebration of Sal's late mother, Rosa, and her love for food and traditional Italian cuisine, hence the name of his restaurant which translates to "Rosa's Kitchen." With a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, Cuchina Rosa invites you to share the fondest memories of growing up with a family from Naples over an amazing meal. Great memories were made during family meals while Sal was growing up, and he takes pride in sharing these moments with his own family, and now with you!
