Pronounced "Rowter", this high tor on nearby Bodmin Moor is visible for many miles around. Please keep dogs on leads as there are many animals grazing.

Views to the North and South coasts on clear days, a relatively easy climb to the top of the tor.

Rough Tor is magnificent. Park up in the free car park and see if you can reach the top.

Rough Tor is the second highest tor in Cornwall and the views from the top are well worth the hike! A great place to explore for the avid walkers. The highest tor in Cornwall is called 'Brown Willy' and isn't far from Rough Tor.
