It's one of the most charming and characteristic places in Bari, especially when it's warm enough to eat outside. Very convenient and you can definitely try local food and wines.

Good way to discover local tradition- eating in Trattorias. La Uascezze is one of those.

Located in the heart of the old city center this small and cozy restaurant offers a very typical Italian menu with local products as "mozzarellas" and wine. You have to taste the "Scamorzza Affumicata" a kinf of cheese that they melt before serving it. Its fantastic.
