Really lovely old fashioned setting with great tea selection and nice service. Gets very busy so don’t go if you’re in a rush. And bookings are really worthwhile. Confusingly they renamed it to bon appe Tea, but are still known under their previous name, Tea Topia.

Quaint old house, beautiful rural setting just outside Mudgeeraba Village. Lovely high-teas.

Basically around the corner (not walking distance) and a great place to go to if you do like a scrumptious High Tea in a beautiful old Queenslander.
