Meia Praia - this is the longest beach in Lagos. It' s a great beach to spend your day, offering soft and golden sand. Even in the high season it's not overcrowded. Along the beach you can find some beach bars/restaurants and water sports.

This is the longest beach in Lagos ,about 20kms wide ,is perfect for people who likes distance from other people,when is windy days,is not the right beach ,because is the only beach in Lagos that doesn't have the rocks behind you to protect you from the wind.

Starting on the left bank of the river is a beach that could hardly be more different to the rocky coves on the other side of Lagos. Meia Praia is immense, curling gently around the bay for six kilometres to the Alvor Lagoon. There’s a wide arc of luxurious sand that because of its sheer size never feels over-crowded. This is edged by dunes and shelves gently to the water.
