This Houston-based micro-chain specializes in elevated, but casual sandwiches, salads and prepared meals that showcase its emphasis on local ingredients and producers. You can NEVER go wrong with the crunchy chicken sandwich (served on a Slow Dough pretzel bun with Provolone)!
