Good pub food in the village. About 10 mins stroll from Ham Green. Friendly atmosphere and dog friendly. Large garden for summer and children. Worth booking ahead.

Traditional pub about 1-hour walk along lovely country lanes from the flat. At the weekends booking is advised as the roast dinners are great and it can get very busy. During the summer there are great tables outside.

It still manages to feel like a pub, despite the dominance of food. It has two menus, a 'bar' menu and a 'restaurant' menu but they are both excellent, the food is always great.
