You need a quarter to get a cart but the prices and fresh vegetable selection is worth it... and you get your quarter back when you return the cart! Bring bags if you can, or you have to buy them. Use their cardboard boxes for free. They surprisingly have a decent gluten free and organic selection. I generally go there for foods when entertaining or for snack foods - they have lots of cheeses, cured meats, hummus, pestos, chips, fancy crackers and fresh veggies & fruits etc.

It’s like a Trader Joe’s that’s down on it’s luck but prices are amazing.
