A great quick hike. Very steep but short. You can get to the top in anywhere from 25 min to and hour and have amazing 360 views.

Short but strenuous hike with some of the best views of town and the mountains. Popular at sunset for good reason.

Great way to get the blood moving in am or evening when the suns not to high. Takes about 30-45 minutes to hike up for incredible views of the entire city . Be mindful of high altitude if you hike, air is thin and you need to drink and bring plenty of water.Not far down the old Santa Fe trail. Head towards town and it’s about 200 yards past the first stop sign you come too(Zia rd)

Head to sun mountain for a great day hike and finish with a fancy meal. The food here is almost always consistently great with locally-sourced ingredients. Fantastic views of the Methow Valley almost go without saying.
