A beautiful river town, with great local shops and the famous Breakneck Ridge for a great hike with fantastic views.

A sweet village on the Hudson River. Main Street is filled with restaurants and nice little shops. Grab a coffee, hit a gallery or walk down to the river front to watch the boats. This is a great place to visit and only 15m from the cabin.

Take a day hike in the Appalachians and enjoy a scenic train ride along the Hudson river to your destination, the quaint and beautiful town of Cold Spring, replete with cute shops and restaurants. From there, hike up the trail and enjoy a quiet day in nature with beautiful scenic views of the mountains.

Take a train from Grand Central to Cold Spring and go for a hike (1hr 15m). Afterwards, walk through the town pick up some cheese and wine and sit in the Park right on the Hudson River!
