7 minute drive. This is a beautiful spot to do a number of things: -Drink really nice coffee -People watch -Catch the vibe -Work remotely -Catch up with a friend -You get the point. (free underground parking available under 8 City Blvd, continue on City Blvd and turn left for entrance)
