You cannot leave Fairfax without visiting Fairfax Scoop! Incredible organic ice cream. And I love how the owner supports the community and is committed to zero waste.

Hugely popular organic farm fresh ice cream flavors. Only open in the summer and expect a waiting line!

Best ice cream around. This place is unique and typical Fairfax. Families, teenagers, singles, basically everyone goes there to get ice cream. The prices are super reasonable for what it is. It's a small shop where one person is busy making waffle cones and the other takes orders. All organic ingredients and while they have some regular flavors, they rotate others in seasonally. Be prepared to stand in line for 30 minutes if it's busy (if the line goes out the door).
