An upmarket range of modern restaurants, delicatessen and espresso bars, The Greener Grocer Supermarket and specialty retailers. It has a waterfront position so is accessible by boat and is back-dropped by the dazzling Surfers Paradise skyline.

Its a great new and popular shopping center if you dont want to go too close to Surfers paradise but would like to have a gourmet experience. It has great fine dining options. Amazing butcher and seafood selection if you fancy cooking something at home. Post office, chemist and Green grocer shop what supplies you basically with everything. Barber, nail place and gym. Several coffee shops- Manolas bros, Bisou and Bomeroys. Last one makes amazing coffee Sushi place and mexican food bar.
