Very interesting guy that makes the best sandviches in Brussels, he is making them with cheases from all around the world. It is possible to wait a bit longer because he makes them with passion and has a small chat with every customer

Best sandwich show in town (1 min walk). Specialising in cheese based sandwiches. This is a no-miss since it’s just around the corner. Long queues start as of 11:45am.
