Beautiful 1 mile or so hike that ends at a gorgeous waterfall (or the baths, as they call it). In the summer, you can splash around in the water if it's not too high or busy. Does tend to get busy so recommend going early or later.
Diana’s Baths are a series of small cascades along Lucy Brook near the town of Bartlett, about 4 minutes away from North Conway. A short cross to the neighboring town will treat you to a majestic and memorable view of this waterfall. Indeed, the mix of the smooth rocks, whitewater cascades, and green forest makes for great vacation photos.
During the summer the baths are a great place for families to explore the rocks, ledges, cascading falls and pools in the brook. The hike to Diana’s Baths is a fairly easy 6/10ths of a mile on a relatively flat, wide gravel path. There is a large parking lot at the entrance to the hiking path and a self service pay station which requires visitors to purchase and display a daily pass on the dashboard your vehicle. This daily pass may be used at other National Forest sites as well. The parking lot fills up early, so go right after breakfast if you want a spot. You can also visit Cathedral Ledge (below), Whitehorse Ledge, and Echo Lake State Park which are all located within a few miles of Diana’s Baths.
