It's been a while and this is more Mex than Tex, imho. Good food and margs. Used to go a lot before S. Congress turned into Times Square. Music often outside. Unless you luck out and a parking spot opens up outside as you arrive, use the public parking lot behind (don't bother doing this if you're not driving!!)

Incredible tacos (al pastor and carbon are faves) and outstanding hand-shaken margaritas in a funky former seed store. Live music on Wednesdays in the adjacent oak garden when KDRP Sun Radio broadcasts live.

You have to get Tex Mex. Beautiful old building and beer garden with live music last half of the week.
