Birgitte Attley will talk you through how to access the Stand Up Paddleboards; pressure check; choice of paddle; fin attachment; how to carry ; good practice on the water; landing; washing; storage. She is an enthusiastic Boarder and is here to encourage you. Buoyancy aids must be worn.
