A lovely place to go for a cider on a warm summer's day. Unfortunately everyone else in Bristol thinks the same and it can get incredibly busy.

The Apple's location - set within a converted barge boat - immediately makes it a strong contender as one of one of the coolest bars in Bristol. Add to that its riverside terrace and a mammoth stock of cider, alongside ales, spirits and wines and you've got yourself a top-notch afternoon of alfresco drinking.

Almost a must-visit if you're in Bristol but only if you like cider. They have tons of different ciders on tap and on the weekends they have a pop up pizza shop right outside serving delicious pizza cooked in a real pizza oven!

Cider and cider cocktails facing the river. A student and tourist favourite. It's an ideal stop on your way along the establishments of King St.
