Fun creative food and wine selection... you order it using iPads :) This is 10-15 min away, I am not sure why it is showing up in Orland, next city :)

Sunday and Monday evening $14 prix fixe special: choice of appetizer, soup/salad, entree. Happy hour 'til 7pm. Great value. Flavor explosion food is excellent. Pretty good service.
