Cool bar that is in a smartly renovated bank.

I can't think of a more west Bethlehem establishment than the MINT. Some of the most creative food combinations (like the pork schnitzel kimchi burger!) combined with a fun atmosphere. Did we mention they play Bob Ross painting videos over the bar instead of sports???
