Beautiful views, well marked walk, some construction with sandstone blocks. Spectacular cliffside views with 900 metre drops, winding stairways into shaded rocky outcrops of the Valley of Waters. Steep and challenging walk out via the Wentworth Falls staircase. Twenty minute drive to Wentworth Falls, Start on Darwins Track or drive through to the conservation hut. Leave nothing behind, take only memories and photos with you, carry your own water .

If you can only do one walk in the mountains this would be a good one to pick. Yes there are ALOT of stairs but that's all part of the fun! Cut into the side of a cliff the path takes in stunning views of Wentworth Falls and the Jamison Valley descending via the Grand Stairway into the Valley of the Waters. Of course what goes down must come up so make sure you bring plenty of water for the climb back up to Conservation Hut.

One of the best bushwalks in Australia, be sure not to miss this 2 1/2-hour-loop, leading you past waterfalls and lush rainforest pockets, offering the most stunning views. You will not regret it!

This walk isn't for the faint hearted but has spectacular views and interesting colonial history documented throughout the walk. It might be tricky with little ones so keep them close.
