Kit’s place was perfect for our short stay. The location is close in proximity to many different things in LA which made it easy for us to explore. Check in was easy and the space had its own parking spot, so we didn’t have to worry about finding street parking. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! The place exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet quiet and relaxing. You can really tell the host put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Kit’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect home base for exploring the west side and offered a good amount of space to accommodate four adults and a small dog. Kit was also very responsive. During our stay we had an issue with the shower drain and Kit was able to get someone to fix it the same day.

Wonderful stay at the Pioneer’s Cabin. Great location. We really enjoyed the layout of the house and the backyard is perfect for our doggy. There’s a jogging trail by the house that will lead you to the beach. The house is centrally located and the neighborhood is friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
