Really close to great food and bar options. Had a great time, and everything was as described.

We went to the F1 race at COTA and this was perfect for us. We loved the location for seeing the city and going out on East 6th street but also only about 20-25 mins from COTA. Great host with lots of local recommendations!

Host was very friendly and helpful throughout. Place was clean for the most part. Train tracks behind the house were very loud, train came by blaring the horn at 10:30pm and 4:30am. Mattresses in the master bedroom and “rose room” are not comfortable. Flooring is coming up in the master bedroom. Shower hinge was broken in the “ third bedroom.” Many outlets in the house did not work. Back yard is no longer like the pictures. Outdoor furniture was unusable when we stayed. There is only one comfortable seating option in the living room, the couch. There is not much to do in the town itself, locals called the area a “food desert.” Be prepared to travel for good food.

Jeremy was a great host! Very responsive and helped make our stay in Austin great. Walkable location to local eateries and very accessible to other parts of town.
