For over 14 years I have been working on the tourism industry and the last 09 years I have been part of the Customer Service Staff of Arenal Observatory Lodge, an amazing natural spot at the foot of the Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica. This time working here is a grateful experience to share and go beyond expectations for our guests. I will be more than happy to be your hostess in Arenal Observatory Lodge.
