Excellent place, very clean, great location, easy parking, would be happy to stay again!

We have stayed here before and would like to again. Lizzy and Ethan are friendly and always inquiring whether we need anything. They are great hosts. Their place works extremely well for us as it is within walking distance of our kids/grandkids which is why we go to San Diego.

I am a planner so I booked well in advance. Unfortunately the ceremony I flew in for changed dates twice! Lizzy and Ethan were completely understanding and changed my dates both times, no problem.

It was everything I needed and more. The personal touches were much appreciated. Ear plugs, that I did not need, super quiet, makeup remover wipes, that were so handy. Sweet friendly dog! I opened windows and turned on the ceiling fan and wish I had a sweater, air conditioning was available, but not needed. I arrived from Florida so I was delighted to have fresh air in July. Water and ice from the full size refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic back yard. Lizzie and Ethan made a point to give me privacy.

The bed was great and I did not like getting out of it each day. The entire apartment met every expectation and more. It was a true pleasure to have a comfortable easy place to stay.

Will definitely book again when I return to San Diego.

Looked just like the photos! The hot tub was amazing and definitely worth checking out! Lizzy was very helpful if I had any questions and the response time was quick! Would recommend to anyone who wants a little getaway to grill, relax and play the Wii!
