Incredible experience! Vanessa was knowledgeable with not only how to prepare the food but explaining the rich history of the agricultural practices and political challenges that come with the Mexican farmers. We learned how to make traditional foods with fresh ingredients using traditional methods. She spoiled us with extra courses so we could try more complex meals throughout our time. We left stuffed and happy. I would highly recommend!
