Cathy made this the best experience for our bachelorette group of 10! Our bride is a yoga teacher herself and she absolutely loved doing this, especially right on the beach. Cathy did such an amazing job guiding us, especially for those who are beginners. She also provided all the mats and met us where convenient, which was really appreciated. Would absolutely do this again.

This was the absolute best experience, and I would recommend it to anyone! We had a group of girls celebrating a bachelorette party, and Cathy came to our bnb to teach a private class. She accommodated our varying skill levels and got our day started in the right way. One of the best yoga instructors I’ve taken a class from!

Cathy was an excellent yoga instructor! She was both knowledgable and personable- which was so appreciated as it was my sister’s bachelorette weekend. I left her class feeling so relaxed and restored after the hustle and bustle of the weekend. She was communicative, flexible and accommodating when we had to switch locations. If you’re looking for an intention-filled, grounding yoga sesh, Cathy is your girl!
