This place was honestly amazing, small but so practical. There was everything. There was absolutely nothing missing m. Very organized and pretty clean. The area in my opinion was perfect and it was only a bit even 5 minute walk to the main train station. And 5 minutes from Jean medecin by walk. Although the beach was a bit far like a 15-20 minute walk but to be honest walking in Nice it’s just beautiful you don’t care about how long it takes to get to a place by walk. You just enjoy the beauty of the architectures of the buildings, the vibes. I had an amazing stay, I came with my mother and my 8 month old daughter and we felt very comfortable. Both beds to sleep on were very good, the ac works perfectly, the oven, fridge. Everything was good. Also there was a grocery store which I loved so much that was right next to the train station called Monoprix. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Ahmed was very nice host! Showed around the appartment and told about important bits and pieces in there. Would recommend, was very easy to get to the main street / beach by walking!
