luglio 2024We thoroughly enjoyed yoga on the beach with Deb and would highly recommend it. Deb was very accommodating and friendly and pitched the session well despite our varying abilities!
It was a fantastic way to start the day, outside with the sun and sea air in a very beautiful location. would definitely do again if the opportunity arises. thank you Deb!

marzo 2022Wonderful experience of exercising the body and mind in a beautiful location.
Northumberland coastline winds were as expected but at least it stayed dry.
Put plenty of layers on and were soon peeling them off as we warmed up suprisingly quickly.
Deb was a friendly, encouraging teacher with a calming and steady manner.
Thankyou from all our group who braved the session on a chilly March morning whilst on a walking break. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
