Location, location, location! We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s ‘s property. The views were amazing and being steps to the beach was so wonderful! It was close enough to Charleston to still go and in sight see everything that we want to, but when we were at her home, it seemed so peaceful and relaxing away from the city. I would definitely stay here again!

The kitchens and bathrooms were as pictured, furniture a little outdated but everything worked great! Everything was very clean even if it wasn’t new!

Bring extra things like zip lock bags, paper towels, and detergents. It would have been nice to have more of that stuff but she clearly states what she provides so we can prepare as needed!

Over all we absolutely loved our stay I already miss it! (We even tried to add on days to our rental, but she was booked!) We would be so happy to stay again!

Beautiful, classic Folly beachside cottage! My husband and I stayed in Oct w/ 2 teen boys & a teen girl. Perfect location: quiet, plenty of parking for cars & golf carts out back, a couple of houses down from the closest public beach access out front gate. Bottom floor living space is great-large dining/activity table with room for 8-10 plus 3 benches at huge kitchen island; large tv (1 of 2) and smallish sectional and soft chair. Screened in porch & yard space for outdoor fun. Tons of closets & storage. Gorgeously updated w/o losing its character-note: some of the quirks of a 1940’s cottage: uneven flooring & some pocket doors with hook/eye latches that don’t completely close, etc. I would not consider lux living-that is not what we wanted! Cold A/C, hot showers, super comfy beds, master shower is a bit tight. Perfectly comfortable beach home, would stay here again and again. Idk how appropriate for babies, but I saw baby gear in closets. Fast internet, beach gear/towels available

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. We loved that it’s just a short walk to the beach, which made it ideal for our family. The location was convenient, with great local restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend this place—it’s perfect for families and we’d definitely stay again!
