Very clean and well equipped property. Everything to hand. A little smaller than was thought on booking and very warm. Ares was able to respond to my queries. Thankyou.

Fantastic location- right on the tube! Noise as expected but ear plugs helped. Spacious and well designed. Unfortunately the flat needs repair and care. Items were broken or forgotten; one chair had broken screws and was unsafe to sit on, kitchen rubbish bin was unusable-didn't close and was smelly, broken kitchen towel holder with heavy base, narrowly missed my foot when fell off, bedroom rug has turned up edges and is a trip hazard; a few near misses from our kids and myself. The shower leaks due to worn and missing sealant. On the surface the flat appeared clean but bathroom
had toothpaste stains from the previous guest on cupboards, handles on cupboards were sticky and dusty. Old, dirty,wet toilet roll behind toilet, hair, grease and hair in drawers, paper bags and packages left in cupboards, Christmas tree & decs packed up but still out, items from previous guests left behind- underwear in washing machine. No response til hours before check in but apology immediately after above.

The apartment was beautiful, just like in the photos. Ten minutes walk from the metro. The only issue was that we found it exactly as the previous guests left it, It has never been cleaned. However, the issue was resolved within half an hour, so 4 stars

A great stay for 3 people. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, plenty of transport routes, the home was cosy. We’d definitely book again.
