Linda’s place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a home base during our Napa triathlon weekend. The view was wonderful, and we especially loved the spacious common area, deck, and hot tub. The robes in the closets were such a delightful touch, and the minimal checkout instructions were much appreciated.

There’s sleeping space for seven in beds, plus a super comfortable L-shaped couch that easily fit two 6’+ guests (with sheets provided). Linda can also provide a trifold mattress upon request. It’s great that she allows more guests than just the bed count — it’s hard to find places that can comfortably fit a larger group like ours (though we ended up with exactly seven)!

Linda’s place exceeded my expectations. Sometimes when I stay in more rural locations the cleanliness is lacking… not here. The bedding and bathroom; spotless. In a town like Middletown where there’s loads of dust, it’s a feat keeping the dust at bay. The location is quiet and peaceful and Linda was responsive and communicative. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit.

The Tangerine Cottage was a perfect place to stay for us! The house had most everything we needed and we found it quite comfortable and inviting. We had a little trouble with the tv and contacted Linda. She popped over quickly and took care of it! I loved the entrance process! So smart! With family in the area we will be back! Walkable to parks, grocery store and shops. Thanks so much for a great “home” for our trip.
