Cristian was a pleasure to work with and talk to. Very responsive to questions and very helpful. We had a slight problem with the A/C. Cristian called me right away and tried to troubleshoot over the phone, just to come to the conclusion the thermostat had gone bad, no issues stuff happens, the weather was perfect outside so it wasn’t a huge deal. He got on it right away and had it replaced before we got back that evening and everything was working properly. He even left a gift on the counter for our troubles. Awesome home, beautiful location, very quiet and comfortable. The near by village is an amazing spot. Full of restaurants and shops, even a little grocery store all right there within walking distance. Loved this place and will definitely be back.

it was a wonderful place to be. we have family in Vegas and came for a wedding. it was perfectly out of all the hustle and bustle for a bit of relaxation. Cristian and Mariana always responded in such quick time. we felt right at home, could have stayed for a longer time. next time!

Stayed in Cristian and Mariana’s condo at The Village in Lake Las Vegas. The resort area was super nice and well kept, lots of shopping and places to eat. My favorite place was The Pub Directly under the condo. The condo itself was good for my two friends and I. Loved having a modern tv in every room, wifi was good, and the balcony was enjoyable to sit outside and relax. The bathrooms were in great condition. The dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator all worked well. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Would stay here again if I am in town.
