By far, this was our fave place to stay ever in Lexington - we are there constantly for work and with a doggie, it's not easy to find a spot that works - leash free. We felt like we were in the French countryside. It is on the 2nd floor above a garage but...nothing was below - it was like being in the clouds above horses....truly out of a dream. Wraparound windows...Speaking of, the neighbors horses....they whispered in my ears every day. 20 min outside of LEX town, less than 10 min outside of Nicholasville, and Uber Eats and Instacart were at the front door for delivery in less than 15. Every time. Loved having a washer/dryer, super awesome black out curtains, crazy hot shower, ice maker, great coffee, several TV's, lovely terrace, and the open kitchen to make 5 hour bolognese on Sunday with a stack of mags. Cannot wait to be back....

Had a great stay here! Very comfy & spacious for our group of 4. Less than 10 minutes from downtown, lots of restaurant options close by. Furniture was comfy, remodels were nice and the hot tub was great. Definitely great value for a last minute trip!

Beautiful home in a great location. Host was helpful and fast to respond. We all really enjoyed the stay.
