The room was as described, and although I didn't spend much time with the hosts (as they went out as it was Friday night), they were friendly, kind and accommodating, making me feel welcome. They also have a great cat called Birdie, as well as a cute dog called Amber, although I did not spend much time around Amber, as she went out with the hosts.
I recommend this place as a good local option, for a low-cost price.

Clean, quite, cosy

Cosy room in a lovely house. Easy parking, close to amenities and friendly hosts. I would recommended, especially if you like dogs!
