Good value for a cheap one room appartment. I do not think you can get better value for that price, really good location and you have all what you need there.
The only downside is that the air conditioner is really close to you when you sleep and then can make you sick, also some weird smell come up when you turn it on. But if you use earplugs and open the window instead of using the air conditioner then it should solve the problem.

I would recommend it

Its a less than 3 minutes walk to the train station and near to the Shinsekai Market.
