Joe's place is awesome! He kept in touch and answered all of our questions beforehand and was so kindly accommodating when we asked about a late checkout. Check-in was extremely simple and the house was clean with everything we needed for our large group of friends and family. The house felt bigger than the photos; it was beautiful and stylish and we were very comfortable. Location is great, only a couple blocks away from the grocery store, and just a short trip down to Ballard and nearby parks. We'd absolutely recommend Joe and his house!

Joe's home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen has every baking and cooking tool you could want, and plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils. The 6 burner gas stove was a dream to cook on. Eight people can sit comfortably at the dining table, plus there's a kitchen island with additional seating. The 3rd floor king bed was very cozy.
