Very prompted in reply nice spot

Overall our stay was perfect!! We had a micro wedding in the backyard that had about 15 people in the back and there was plenty of room. The views were perfect and we couldn’t had ask for a better day. The house was big and roomie and we were able to have all of our immediate family stay for both nights. Our kids loved the game room. We did fish off the dock the first night and caught a few fish, so bring your fishing poles! The house was easy to find, and very clean! Our complaints were addressed in a timely manner. And the host always responded within 30 minutes or less.

The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and no frills. The best part of the rental was easily the location and a beach wagon. It was super easy to get to and from the beach by foot (maybe a 10 min walk with littles). Pizza, burgers, and ice cream were all close by which was perfect for our family. Josh was super communicative and helpful. We will definitely be booking this location again.

Photos are not what is excepted. Paint is falling off of most doors, doors are extremely loud and golf cart is not the same as photos. Photos are extremely deceiving. I would never pay this price for what you get. All beds have cheap mattresses and pillows. Water in the master shower does not have enough pressure for two shower heads.
