She was a fantastic host.

The house was very good and in a great location. The driveway was somewhat dangerous coming out of the circular drive. That driveway needs a guard rail. We never spoke with Melanie, but spoke with her assistant. The biggest issue was the TV service. The TV froze about every 30 seconds, making it impossible to watch anything. This happened at night as well as in the morning. We spoke with Melanie's assistant who did not have a solution. I suspect that the internet service was the issue, but the bottom line was the TV was virtually worthless and a major bad mark for this rental. Everything else was very good.

Host is a great communicator. It was a quiet, safe and Low key location. Has everything you need aside from washer and dryer. Huge movie selection Amazon prime Netflix ect on tv. great spot to go for a walk around the neighborhood at what ever time of day

Central location in an interesting yet lesser-known Arizona city that's worth visiting. This historic building with multiple units makes for an authentically historic experience.
