Perfect spot! We will definitely stay here again. Easiest access to the Delta Center. We walked over every night to see what was going on. Space was very clean and safe. Loved having washer and dryer available in the unit. So thankful we found this spot.

Was a nice getaway, peaceful and close to everything

This was our first time in Salt Lake, and it was a time to remember, especially thanks to our hosts GrandRoad! They were very responsive to any questions we had, even if we messaged them later in the day, we received very prompt responses! They walked us through the entire check-In process and made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed! The space was immaculately clean and prepared for us, and they were very accommodating for us. We’ve used Airbnb frequently over the years, and GrandRoad has been a host to remember! We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Salt Lake City! Thank you guys!

The apartment is really nice! Well furnished and lots of cooking supplies in the kitchen. everything was clean.
I stayed here for a concert at the Union venue and the walk was close and easy. It's also a quick walk to a bar called Handle Bar which is a great spot.
Lee's corner store is right downstairs with everything you need from food or other stuff for a stay.

Only caution I have is be careful in the shower, there's a panel on the floor that's loose. I stepped on it and it slipped out, nearly fell. I got a little cut on my ankle from it. Not hurting the rating for this because it's not an obvious thing at all for them to have noticed
