agosto 2025Arriving it was easy to find. The area was great bc lots of places were close by for food & entertainment. Our room was nice but the hooks for towels in the bathroom were broken & the bathroom door wouldn’t open or close. We brought this information to the front desk. They sent someone to fix the issue while we had to leave. Upon arriving back to our room they had gone in & repaired only the bathroom door but left our door with the deadbolt locked -yet the door was a jar. This was very upsetting because no one was there & all our belongings were in the room. Luckily nothing was missing. When we alerted them of the issue they apologized & sent someone to look at the hooks & one was just taken out of the wall. We had another issue w plumbing & again we had to leave. We were weary of our door being locked after. Luckily this time they fixed it & locked the door. We realize human error is possible & are grateful we still have our stuff. Otherwise our rating would be lower.

agosto 2025The host was unresponsive. I had booked a four-night stay, but my flight was canceled on the day of my check-in. My entire reservation was canceled without any prior notice from the hosts. When I arrived the next day, I found out that my reservation had been canceled, leaving me without a place to stay. I contacted the hosts for assistance, but they didn’t respond until the next day. Their response was very businesslike, saying they would reach out and get back to me. I contacted them repeatedly to inquire about the status of my reservation and to request a partial refund (since the cancellation policy states that I could receive a partial refund if the cancellation occurred after the check-in). However, they continued to give me canned responses and have never provided any updates since my last attempt to contact them. Very disappointing.
