Great and convenient location ,close to the Rodeo Rd. in B.H,

Be careful! We have a really bad experience when we arrived at the property, it was already occupied by other people. I was with my daughter, my dog and we had found another property last minute,It was a very bad experience.

la mia esperienza in questa casa non è andata affatto bene. La casa è bella e ampia anche se non pulitissima.
L'inconveniente più grande vero è stato che all'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi nell'appartamento ( porta di casa rotta, lavandino otturato) e l'host non ha fatto nulla per risolverli nè si è affrettato a farlo. Anche in fase di check out le indicazioni su come dovevamo lasciare la casa sono arrivate molto in ritardo.

I usually don’t write reviews. But no one else should experience what we did. We booked a house-in Beverly Hills but after payment I noticed a different address in LA.I Didn’t care much about that since we 14 guests were from Texas. We didn’t get check in info up until 4.45 pm of the day. I started chats and calls through Airbnb the previous day itself with no result. So without even check in info 14 of us drove to the house. I was on calls with Airbnb as they said they will take care but still no check in code. Around 4.45 someone called and said they send a check in info. That E mail showed even a different address. I refused to accept a new house which I have no idea of. Our whole tour group was so disappointed and stressed out Finally we checked in and settled down went to bed around 11.30 pm. Up on waking up there was a leak dripping from ceiling in the main hallway. All of us were worried about slipping down on vacation The leak was not fixed at the time of check out even.
